What I've Been Doing the Past 20 Years

Let me see. From grade school I went to Paraclete for 1 year then off to Quartz Hill High. Graduated 1991. Moved around Cali a lot, partied and worked odd jobs. Moved to Vegas at 22 had my first son by 23, moved back to the AV and had my 2nd son by age 25. Never married but boys are from the same father. Began Aerospace work 6 years ago in Mojave for BAE SYSTEMS. Currently live in Tehachapi my boys are 8 and 11. Current hobbies are tattoos and bellydancing.

Frank & I have been married for 39 years. We have 2 sons, Jim & Andy. Jim is married to Michelle & they have 2 children. Trent is 5 & Jordyn is 4 and they live in Denver. Andy lives in Atlanta & is single.

What I've Been Doing the Last 20 Years

Frank worked for Lockheed in Burbank & in 1991 we were transferred to Atlanta, GA. I taught in the Georgia Lottery Funded Pre-K program until 2000. That year Frank accepted a position with Lockheed in Cambridge, England & we lived there until 2003. It was a wonderful experience & we got to travel all over Europe which we just loved! Our kids came over to visit several times as well as other family members & friends. When we returned to the States we were in Atlanta for 2 more years & then Frank retired in 2005. We now live in LaCrosse, WI & love retirement.

Unforgettable SMS Moment

I’ll never forget the day Sister Mary asked if I would be interested in teaching the 6th grade class in the fall of 1984. She said that class was the best class at SMS & I would love it. Well, she was right! In fact,so much so, that we all went to 7th grade together the next year! You all were so much fun. Thanks for the memories.

I am currently known as Donna Bucaro (my father's last name) and I have two awesome boys, Jerad 15 and Dean 12. We live in Beautiful Downtown Boron, population less than 2000. Small town, great life.

What I've Been Doing the Past 20 Years

Well, 20 years is a long time and a lot has happened to me since then. Right after graduating Palmdale High, I worked as a waitress for a few years. Next was an advertising company doing ad layout, proofreading, etc. After that I worked for a publishing company working on page layout, ad layout, and ran the office. I went to college for a few semesters, but single mom, college and work took its toll. I was finally lucky enough to land a supervisory job at the Borax mining operation in Boron, CA. I have worked there now for 7 years, and thoroughly enjoy it. I live less than 5 minutes from my office, which leaves me plenty of time with my boys.

Escorting the first grade class to church on a Friday in fourth grade and the first grader was taller me. (I never did make it 5 feet tall. Only 4’11”)

I am married to a fabulous Swedish man named Henric. We have two little ones: Josefin who is two, and Dominic who is eight months. We currently live in Washington DC.

What I've Been Doing the Last 20 Years:

Oh man! Moved to ATL in 1989 where I graduated from FCHS. I got my undergrad at GaSou in History and did my Masters in Linguistics at GA State. I taught ESL at Mercer University for nearly three years. Moved to Stockholm, Sweden to be with longtime boyfriend, Henric. There I taught high school English, History, Geography and adult ESL. I got married in 2001 and for medical reasons moved back to the US shortly thereafter. Via ATL, then Lake Tahoe, we are now living in Washington DC. Life is good!

The "On My Honor I Did Not Do It" juice on the chair 8th grade freak-out. :)

I am now married to Bryan Suttles (1999) with two children Tyler Dean, (born 2003 and Samantha Katelyn (born 2005). I currently reside in Granada Hills, CA.

What I've Been Doing the Past 20 Years

I graduated from Chaminade College Prep in West Hills and then received from Cal State Northridge, my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with Focuses in Marketing and Organizational Systems Management.

I was a Director of Catering in the restaurant business for some time (The Castaway, Burbank, Monterey Steak House, Monterey Park and Shanghai Red's, Marina del Rey). I loved it but it was too demanding for raising a family. Now I am a Human Resource and Payroll Manager for Suttles Plumbing, my husband's family company that specializes in Contract Plumbing for LAUSD, LACC and Public Works jobs. Being a family business, I am very lucky to have the flexibility to spend a lot of time with the kids, which I LOVE! I am considering returning to school for my MBA...

I had plenty of good memories at St. Mary's! Cheerleading of course was my biggest memory and followed me through High School and then I coached for a few years.

I just would like everyone to know, that I have survived being called Weaner....Weanie....etc....And I now LOVE my married name of Suttles :)

It's especially nice to still be in touch with some classmates, such as Michelle Mikacevich, Marcie Moreno, Darby...Ed Joyce, I went to college with Carissa Klevens.
